The UCL Jill Dando Institute of Crime Science is the first university department in the world devoted specifically to reducing crime. This unique department has three cutting edge centres of excellence - the National Crime Mapping Centre, the Designing Out Crime Group and the Crime Policy and Evaluation Group.
